We are excited to be recruiting a Guest Services Ambassador for an exciting new Rapport client based in Central London.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a brand-new operation and be part of creating an exceptional guest experience from the very beginning. As one of the faces of the business, you’ll provide a warm, professional and personalised welcome to every guest, ensuring their experience is seamless from the moment they arrive.

You’ll work as part of a brilliant team, building strong relationships with colleagues, clients and guests while always looking for those little opportunities to go above and beyond.

About the role

  • Provide a warm, professional and personalised welcome to all guests and visitors.
  • Manage guest arrivals, enquiries and requests, ensuring every interaction is handled with care and attention.
  • Build genuine relationships with guests, colleagues and key stakeholders.
  • Take ownership of the guest journey and look for opportunities to make every experience memorable.
  • Support the smooth day-to-day running of the reception and front-of-house areas.

Requirements

  • Ideally have experience within a corporate reception, luxury hotel, premium airline or another high-end customer service environment.
  • Have a genuine passion for people and delivering exceptional service.
  • Be warm, engaging and confident, with the ability to build rapport naturally.
  • Be proactive and enjoy taking ownership rather than waiting to be asked.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be organised with great attention to detail.
