Working closely with our Chief Brand Officer, you will lead the development and delivery of integrated campaigns and marketing activity that brings our brand and mission to life and engages audiences across the UK.
You will lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team, overseeing integrated campaigns across digital, social media, PR, email, content and other channels. You will lead the delivery of our flagship National School Sports Week campaign, use insight and performance data to inform our approach, and work collaboratively across the organisation to ensure our campaigns and marketing activity support our strategic priorities. This reflects the breadth of responsibility within the role, including campaign planning, performance reporting, resource management and cross-organisational delivery.

You will combine strategic thinking with effective delivery, be confident leading and developing others, and have the ability to build strong relationships and influence senior stakeholders. You will also bring strong financial awareness and be comfortable using insight, data and performance measures to inform decisions and maximise impact.
