You'll play a pivotal leadership role across our award winning Integrated Crisis Response Service (ICRS) and Reablement Service, helping people receive the right support at the right time to remain independent in their own homes. Leading operational delivery across both services, you'll oversee referrals, manage service capacity and coordinate timely interventions for residents experiencing a social care crisis or requiring reablement support.
Working at the heart of a fast paced and collaborative service, you'll lead, motivate and develop a dedicated team of health and social care professionals. Through coaching, supervision and performance support, you'll help create a positive culture where people can thrive, continuously improve and deliver outstanding outcomes for Leicester residents.
