Disability Confident Employer

About the role

Reporting to the Leasehold Customer Liaison Manager, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality housing management service to leaseholders, shared owners, DIY shared ownership customers, Social Rented and HomeBuy residents across London.

This is a hybrid role, combining office-based and field-based working. The role involves regular travel across West London and, whilst not essential, a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle would be advantageous.

Acting as a visible representative of Guinness, you will provide accessible, face-to-face support to customers, helping to build positive relationships and resolve issues effectively. You will also work closely with our Homeowner Services team to support key leasehold processes, including Section 20 consultations and licences for alterations.

Requirements

To be successful, you will be able to demonstrate:

  • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently, prioritise workloads, and manage competing demands.
  • Experience of working effectively using mobile technology while out in the field.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with a focus on delivering value for money.
  • Experience operating within a changing legislative and organisational environment.
  • Sound problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Resilience and confidence when managing challenging situations.
  • The ability to analyse information and make informed recommendations.
  • Knowledge of service charges.

Desirable:

  • Experience working within the housing or property sector, particularly with leaseholders.
  • A relevant housing qualification, or willingness to work towards one.
  • Knowledge of leasehold and social housing legislation.
  • Previous budget management experience.
