Key information

We are currently looking for a Human Resources, Payroll and Site Administrator to join us at our ‘The Entertainer’ site in Banbury, to provide a flexible and efficient administrative service to the Human Resources and Finance departments.

This is a full time, permanent position, where you’ll be working on an ‘any 5 from 6’ shift pattern, Monday to Saturday, primarily Monday to Friday out of Peak.

About the role

  • Provide accurate and efficient general administrative support to Human Resources and Finance team
  • Maintain and update Human Resources databases and personnel files ensuring legal compliance
  • Process documentation, handle correspondence, draft Human Resources letters and emails - act as point of contact for staff queries
  • Raise purchase orders (Oracle), ensuring allocated correctly for account, liaise with suppliers and accounts payable teams and ensure site consumable orders are placed

Requirements

  • Proven experience within an Administrative role, ideally within a Human Resources or Finance environment
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, whilst maintaining accuracy
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
  • Excellent communicator, able to engage others and build long term relationships
