As Internal Comms Officer, you’ll help turn strategy into compelling communication plans that enhance employee engagement and promote a positive workplace culture. Your work will directly support AQA’s mission and contribute to a collaborative, informed, and motivated workforce.

We have a permanent position and a maternity cover contract available. 

Interviews will be held in the Manchester office and the Guildford office in the week beginning 9 February 2026.

Manchester salary: £32,000 to £34,700

Guildford salary: £33,000 to £36,000

About the role

  • Create and develop impactful communication content that aligns with AQA’s values and strategic objectives
  • Manage and maintain internal communication channels, including intranet and digital platforms
  • Plan and deliver internal campaigns and colleague engagement initiatives

Requirements

  • Experience in developing and delivering effective internal communications
  • Ability to create engaging digital content across formats, including graphics and video
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative mindset
  • Confidence in managing multiple projects and prioritising effectively
  • Enjoy collaborating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
