Here at GXO Logistics, we are currently looking for an Inventory Administrator to join our team in Banbury for our customer, The Entertainer.

About the role

  • Support stock take activities and ongoing inventory reviews, carrying out stock counts, audits and investigations to maintain stock accuracy across the operation
  • Maintain strong stock control by following agreed procedures, updating inventory records and resolving stock discrepancies, defects and customer queries promptly
  • Support warehouse operations across Goods In, replenishment, picking and loading activities, ensuring stock is processed accurately and efficiently throughout the warehouse
  • Ensure stock is handled, stored and moved safely, using Radio Frequency (RF) scanners and warehouse systems to meet operational targets, compliance standards and documentation requirements

Requirements

  • Previous experience within a warehouse, inventory or stock control environment, with a strong focus on accuracy, organisation and attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate stock discrepancies, identify root causes and implement effective solutions
  • Good IT, literacy and numeracy skills, including experience using warehouse management systems, Radio Frequency (RF) scanners and spreadsheets
  • A current material handling equipment (MHE) licence issued by a recognised institution is preferred, alongside a strong commitment to safe working practices, teamwork and flexibility
