About the role

We’re seeking proactive and person-centred Job Coaches to support people we support to achieve their employment goals. You will help individuals identify their strengths, build confidence and develop the skills needed to succeed in the workplace.

  • Experience delivering 1 to 1 and group-based support

Experience in job coaching, supported employment or knowledge of employment pathways such as internships, apprenticeships or traineeships would be advantageous, as would Job Coach training.

A flexible approach is essential, as this is a field-based role working across a range of locations and programmes.
