Would you like a rewarding role where you can make a real difference to the lives of people with learning disabilities, mental health needs or physical disabilities?
If so, we’d love to hear from you. United Response is looking for motivated and supportive Job Coaches to join our Employment service (ESEE).
We’re seeking proactive and person-centred Job Coaches to support people we support to achieve their employment goals. You will help individuals identify their strengths, build confidence and develop the skills needed to succeed in the workplace.
United Response is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace. We are a Disability Confident employer and are committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and supported.
Experience in job coaching, supported employment or knowledge of employment pathways such as internships, apprenticeships or traineeships would be advantageous, as would Job Coach training.
A flexible approach is essential, as this is a field-based role working across a range of locations and programmes.
