As our Kitchen Porter, you will play a key role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation within the kitchen. Your responsibilities will include: pot washing, cleaning work surfaces and equipment, supporting chefs with basic food preparation tasks, and ensuring a consistent supply of clean, safe equipment for service. You will also manage waste disposal to help maintain smooth and efficient kitchen operations.

You will work as part of a team catering for up to hundred and fifty people per day. We provide freshly prepared breakfast and lunch options, delivering a buffet breakfast with hot and cold options, deli sandwiches, bistro style lunches, and a fresh salad bar.
