Learning Support Care Assistant (LSCAs) will be uniquely positioned to consistently support students to achieve their personal developmental goals in all settings and throughout the full week. Following a two week rota of early and late shifts, the role will be worked over forty four weeks of the year, with holidays taken outside of term times. You must be flexible to cover night shifts.
