We are recruiting for two Live Well Coordinator positions: Live Well Coordinator (Stop Smoking Service) Live Well Coordinator (Community Engagement Service)
£36,581 to £39,481

About the role

  • You will provide effective leadership and management to a team of Advisors, ensuring high quality services are delivered that achieve positive outcomes for clients and meet agreed performance targets and quality standards.
  • You will use data, monitoring and audit information to evaluate service effectiveness, drive continuous improvement and support informed decision making.
  • The role also involves developing and supporting staff through performance management and professional development, while building strong partnerships with health organisations, community groups, Leicester City Council departments and other stakeholders. 
  • You will identify opportunities to enhance and develop services in response to local needs and emerging priorities, whilst effectively managing complaints, complex issues and escalated enquiries.

Requirements

  • We are looking for experienced and inspirational leaders with a proven track record of managing and developing teams to deliver high quality services and measurable outcomes. 
  • You will have strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate, support and develop staff to achieve their full potential.
  • Experienced in driving service improvement and managing performance against targets, you will use data and insight to inform decision making and enhance service delivery. 
  • With excellent communication, influencing and relationship building skills, you will work effectively with a wide range of partners and stakeholders. 
  • Highly organised and resilient, you will be able to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment, whilst demonstrating a genuine commitment to reducing health inequalities and improving health outcomes for local community.
