This is an opportunity to shape the digital platforms behind our loans and grants services, improving how funding is accessed, managed and delivered for applicants, partners and colleagues.
As Loans and Grants Product Manager, you’ll lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of digital products across our portfolio of funding schemes. Working with Digital, Data, Finance, Operations and external partners, you’ll deliver secure, compliant and user-centred services.
You’ll own products end-to-end, from discovery through to optimisation, ensuring they are scalable, accessible and aligned with organisational goals. This role suits someone who can balance user needs, operational delivery and compliance within a regulated environment.
You’ll join our Product and Design team. We are a collaborative, mission-driven group focused on creating digital services that help people and organisations access funding for energy efficiency and low-carbon solutions.
The team works at the heart of Energy Saving Trust’s digital transformation, partnering closely with colleagues across Digital, Data, Operations, Finance and programme delivery. Together, we design and improve the systems that power our loans and grants services, ensuring they are user-friendly, compliant, scalable and impactful.
This is a supportive and forward-thinking environment where ideas are encouraged, experimentation is welcomed and continuous improvement is part of how we work. You’ll collaborate with experienced product managers, designers, analysts and technical specialists who are passionate about delivering meaningful digital products that contribute to tackling the climate emergency.
As our loans and grants portfolio continues to grow, this role offers the opportunity to shape new services, influence strategic technology decisions and play a key role in how funding programmes are delivered across the UK.
At Energy Saving Trust, flexibility isn’t just a policy, it’s how we work. Most of our roles can be done remotely, and many of our people choose to work from home full-time. Prefer an office environment? We have welcoming spaces in London, Edinburgh, Belfast, Cardiff and Hadleigh for those who want to connect in person.
