About the role

All Rolls-Royce Motor Cars feature the highest standards of craftsmanship in assembly, interior trim, and surface finishing. The production of interior materials and finishes involves a wide range of onsite manufacturing processes and machinery. The Production Maintenance team supports all these technologies and their equipment, ensuring high-quality, reliable operation.

Sustainability and innovation are key priorities. Working with a variety of equipment and systems provides a wide range of skills and experiences, with day-to-day work offering new challenges and learning opportunities.

Apprentices will complete training both in college and on site, learning from a team of experts in:

  • Machine maintenance and breakdown response
  • Mechanical, electrical, and robotic systems
  • Fabrication and machining
  • Use of hand and power tools for maintenance, adjustments, and repairs
  • Fault finding and repair using manuals and technical drawings

Apprentices will also support the design, installation, and ongoing maintenance of new equipment during a major site expansion.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs at Level 4 (C or above)
