About the role

  • Manage workload allocation and capacity across the team, about dynamically redeploying creative and campaign resources to react to fluid programming demands.
  • Facilitate a collaborative, supportive and accountable working environment in which team members are empowered to take ownership of their work and deliver to a consistently high standard.
  • Review campaign performance throughout the sales cycle and make timely decisions to adjust targeting, messaging, channel mix, activity and expenditure where required.
  • Evaluate sales performance analytics and consumer trends provided by the team, advising senior leadership and programmers on live booking trajectories.
  • Translate complex curatorial priorities and exhibition schedules from the Museum team into highly effective, targeted public communication plans.

Requirements

  • Extensive, proven experience in marketing management, campaign design, and audience development within a complex multi artform, multisite, heritage, or live entertainment environment.
  • Demonstrable experience of successfully managing a small team, with a proven ability to lead both creative staff such as designers and or videographers and analytical specialists.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a track record of applying Customer Relationship Management (CRM) metrics, audience profiling, and ticketing data to optimise tactical business choices and revenue streams.
  • Clear financial capability, with a history of managing marketing budgets and implementing dynamic pricing models to drive box office or retail yields.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the capability to influence commercial promoters, brief media partners, and collaborate effectively with senior executives.
