I need support with showering and personal care in the morning and in the evening (I have a wet room).

I need support getting dressed and coming downstairs in the morning (I have a stairlift) and need support with breakfast and medication.

I need support with a late lunch/evening meal, and in the evening I will need support to get back upstairs, changed for bed and the house being left securely for the night.

Support will include:

• Morning personal care, including showering in her wet room.
• Helping her to get dressed and safely come downstairs using her stairlift.
• Preparing breakfast.
• Supporting with medication.
• Providing support with a late lunch/evening meal.
• Evening personal care and showering as required.
• Helping her get upstairs using the stairlift.
• Supporting her to change into nightwear and get ready for bed.
• Ensuring the home is left safe and secure for the night.

The successful PA will be someone who understands that providing good support is about more than completing tasks. It is about treating the person with dignity, respect and kindness in their own home.
