We are currently looking for 3 Project Administrators to support our work.

As Project Administrator you will manage and respond to day-to-day programme queries which will involve working with the Programme Manager and Development Officers to meet project and organisational goals.

About the role

  • Provide high-quality project delivery support and co-ordination for allocated programmes, including events / training logistics, resource preparation / distribution and workforce deployment.
  • Provide effective management of, and efficient response to, day to day programme queries, including communication with schools and other key stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate programme records, data and tracking information to support effective programme monitoring and reporting.
  • Maximise the use of internal, centralised systems to ensure programme data and information is centrally accessible, and financial processes are adhered to.
  • Support the Business Support Team to implement consistent, efficient and effective ways of working.

Requirements

  • Experience of working in an administrative, project coordinator or project support role within a busy project delivery environment. 
  • Experience of providing high-quality customer service and support to specific projects and associated tasks. 
  • Experience of collating data and information to support monitoring and reporting.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and respond flexibly to changing demands.
  • Customer-focused, solution-oriented and passionate about providing excellent project delivery service.
  • Organised and methodical when approaching tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with a wide range of people.
