Key information

Thirteen Group is on the lookout for a Project Co-ordinator to join our Investment Delivery team.

As Project Co-ordinator, you'll work closely with colleagues, contractors and customers to support the successful delivery of a range of investment projects. You’ll help make sure work is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard, whilst keeping the customer experience at the heart of everything you do.

This is a hybrid role, with the majority of your working week spent working on site. You’ll also be expected to work at least one day a week from our fantastic office at Hudson Quay in Middlesbrough, and you’ll have the opportunity to work from home.

Most projects are located across the Tees Valley, but you'll also support projects throughout the North East and Yorkshire. You'll therefore need to be comfortable travelling when required and be flexible to attend the office more frequently to meet business and team needs.

About the role

  • Support the successful delivery of planned investment works across our homes.
  • Co-ordinate site inspections and handovers, ensuring completed works meet required specifications, quality control, and compliance standards.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish.
  • Work proactively with contractors to resolve access issues and support customers throughout the programme of works.
  • Act as a key point of contact for contractors and internal teams. You’ll co-ordinate meetings, site visits and progress reviews to monitor performance.
  • Provide an excellent customer experience by handling enquiries and concerns, supporting with customer consultation events, and gathering feedback.
