Key information

In this role, you will support the Recruitment Specialist with reviewing and shortlisting applications, coordinating interviews through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and ensuring candidates have clear instructions and building access.

About the role

  • Assist the Recruitment Specialist in reviewing and shortlisting applications for permanent positions, ensuring alignment with role requirements and organisational standards. 
  • Prepare and send interview invitations through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) as directed by the Recruitment Specialist. 
  • Coordinate interview bookings and maintain accurate scheduling records. 
  • Ensure all interview candidates have the necessary building access and provide clear instructions for arrival and check-in procedures. 
  • Confirm candidate attendance prior to interviews and promptly communicate any changes or cancellations to relevant stakeholders. 
  • Track the progress of recruitment activities to ensure timely completion of each stage, escalating delays where necessary. 
  • Create and publish job adverts upon request from the Recruitment Specialist, ensuring accuracy and compliance with branding and legal requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a recruitment role, preferably in house recruitment. 
  • Proven experience in onboarding candidates, including DBS and Right to Work checks.
  • Familiar with applicant tracking systems. 
  • Experience with providing an excellent candidate journey.
  • Ability to co-ordinate the recruitment of multiple roles. 
  • Excellent attention to detail. 
  • Able to work proactively. 
  • Strong IT Skills including experience and ability to work in Excel and Word. 
  • Strong customer service skills.
