Key information

We are looking for experienced and influential Regional Enrichment Managers to join the Youth Sport Trust and play a key role in the delivery of the Enrichment Expansion Programme (EEP).

As part of the Government's National Youth Strategy, 400 schools have been selected by the Department for Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) and Department for Education (DfE) to take part in this ambitious three-year programme.

EEP aims to help more young people access high-quality enrichment opportunities, particularly those facing disadvantage or currently underrepresented in enrichment activities. It will support schools to strengthen their existing provision, develop new opportunities, connect with local partners and embed enrichment as a core part of school culture.

About the role

  • Lead delivery of the Enrichment Expansion Programme across a designated regional portfolio of participating schools.
  • Build strong relationships with Enrichment Coordinators and their host schools, supporting consistent, high-quality programme delivery across the region.
  • Build strong relationships and partnerships across education, enrichment and community networks to increase opportunities for young people.
  • Monitor the quality and progress of regional delivery, identifying and addressing issues and risks where required.
  • Share learning and effective practice across the programme and contribute to its ongoing development and improvement.
  • Act as the lead for an agreed area of enrichment building and sharing expertise across the programme.
