As a Regional Housing Officer, you’ll play a vital role in helping us provide safe, secure and well‑managed homes for the people we support. Advance is a specialist supported housing association, committed to delivering high‑quality services and developing more homes for people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and those striving for greater independence.
Covering Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Luton, Berkshire, Surrey and Hertfordshire with the flexibility of some home working, you’ll manage a broad and varied patch of rented and shared ownership properties. You’ll work closely with customers, colleagues, local authorities and support providers to ensure tenancies are sustainable, homes meet high standards, and every customer receives a positive and respectful service.
This is a role where you’ll truly make a difference, supporting people to improve their quality of life, achieve better outcomes and feel safe and empowered in their homes every day.
