About the role

  • Leading a dedicated team of Support Workers
  • Overseeing the day-to-day running of supported living homes
  • Ensuring compliance with care quality commission (CQC) and safeguarding standards
  • Driving quality outcomes and continuous improvement
  • Building strong relationships with families, professionals and stakeholders
  • Coaching and mentoring your team to thrive

Requirements

  • Experience managing supported living home
  • A valid manual UK driving licence
