We’re looking for a Retail Process Manager to join our Digital Transformation Programme Team until the end of June 2028. 

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who will be supporting the Operations and Merchandising Manager on our Digital Transformation Programme in ensuring the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Programme is successfully delivered.

Hybrid working from Poole is ideal, but remote working would be considered for the right applicant.

About the role

You will be tasked with focus on the following areas:

  • Ensure project delivery to time, cost and quality.
  • Work closely with the Digital Transformation Programme team ensuring that the retail project is kept on track and considered within other elements of the programme.
  • Support the definition of the project benefits, identify how these will be monitored and measured to form the Benefits Realisation Plan.
  • Support the creation of solutions with the end user in mind, working closely with internal stakeholders including the regional engagement team, the Volunteer Engagement Team and the Warehouse.
  • Manage co-ordinating activity across the workstreams through plans, holding the project team accountable for delivering to the baselined plan
  • Manage transition to 'business as usual' ensuring there is a plan to deliver the outputs

Requirements

To be our Retail Process Manager you will need:

  • Experience in successful delivery of business change projects with the ability to apply both theoretical and practical aspects of project management.
  • Ability to guide, encourage and motivate team members and other project stakeholders through to the delivery of the project lifecycle.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Have an understanding of the retail industry and ideally worked within a merchandising team.
