Key information

As a Retail Sales Assistant you will be working across our retail locations and pop up shops within a friendly and motivated team, proactively providing our customers with exceptional and genuine service ensuring they have a memorable experience at Kew.

As these posts are weekends only we are looking for candidates with weekend availability, with Retail or Customer Service experience in busy environments. Weekends are when Kew sees the highest number of visitors, ideal candidates will be able to remain calm under pressure and enjoy a fast-paced proactive environment.

About the role

  • To actively sell the current product offering on the sales floor in a professional and friendly manner.
  • To ensure the highest standards of product presentation across ranges and to maintain excellent housekeeping standards to present all stock in the best possible manner.
  • To provide accurate and informative product knowledge including the features and benefits of the products available.
  • To be aware of current sales performance and targets.
  • To offer every customer an exceptional customer service experience.
  • Sharing relevant product knowledge and answering customer queries in a positive friendly manner.
  • To process transactions through the till in a professional manner.
  • Process stock deliveries promptly and efficiently, reporting any discrepancies to Retail Management.

Requirements

  • Customer Service or Retail experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Track record of achieving targets and Key Performance Indicators.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Cash handling experience.
