We're looking for two full-time Retail Supervisors to help lead our busy retail team, delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting the day-to-day operation of our shops.

This is an exciting opportunity for people who enjoy leading by example, motivating colleagues and ensuring high standards across customer service, sales performance, merchandising and operational delivery.

About the role

  • Lead and support the Retail Assistants during day-to-day retail operations, providing clear direction and acting as a visible point of support on the shop floor.
  • Help organise the retail team during each shift, ensuring appropriate coverage across retail areas and responding to changing operational requirements.
  • Lead by example in delivering warm, inclusive and professional customer service.
  • Coach and support Retail Assistants to develop excellent customer service, selling skills and product knowledge.
  • Support the Experience Manager in delivering retail sales and income targets, encouraging the team to engage customers confidently and identify opportunities to increase sales.
  • Monitor the customer experience throughout the day and respond quickly to issues that could affect service or the operation of the shop.
  • Deal confidently and professionally with escalated customer queries, complaints and refund requests.
  • Support the opening and closing of retail spaces and ensure daily retail procedures are completed accurately.

  • You have experience of supporting, supervising or leading colleagues in a customer facing environment. 
  • You lead by example, provide clear direction and help others deliver consistently high standards of customer service.
  • You can remain calm and professional in a busy customer-facing environment, confidently making decisions, prioritising activity and responding effectively to customer and operational issues as they arise.
  • You understand how excellent customer service contributes to commercial success. 
  • You can motivate and support colleagues to engage customers confidently, promote products naturally and contribute towards sales and income targets.
  • You communicate clearly and professionally and work collaboratively with colleagues. 
  • You can share priorities, provide constructive support and help create a positive working environment.
  • You understand what makes an excellent and inclusive customer experience and can support others to deliver consistently high standards.
  • You can organise competing priorities while maintaining high standards across stock control, merchandising, till processes and day-to-day retail operations.
