This is a zero hour contract, meaning we cannot guarantee a set number of hours each week. While we aim to provide a consistent work pattern, flexibility is needed as schedules may change based on business needs. We will try to give as much notice as possible. This role is weekend working with further opportunity to work weekdays throughout the school holiday but does not require evening or split shifts.
This role is a fixed term contract until 7th September 2026.
As a member of the retail team, you will be offering visitors help and advice with their shopping. You will have high standards of presentation in the shop while providing excellent service to all customers.
You will also be able to talk to them about how everything they buy helps to fund the work of the National Trust. Other duties may include: arranging, receiving and unpacking deliveries, creating shop displays, cashing up and working with others in the team to keep the shop floor clean and organised.
