We're making significant investment in our fundraising programme as part of an ambitious new five-year strategy, creating two brand-new senior leadership roles that will play a pivotal part in growing sustainable income and helping more families access specialist dementia support.

• You'll lead the development and delivery of an ambitious strategy that grows sustainable income through inspiring campaigns, appeals and supporter experiences. 
• You'll lead a talented, high-performing team, build a culture where people can thrive and work collaboratively across the organisation to maximise impact.
• Delivering the Individual Giving team strategy by developing clear operational plans.
• Monitor and update income models based on actual performance to project long-term income.
• Identify opportunities to grow the programme, developing insight led propositions and products that inspire action and maximise support.

• You'll bring substantial experience of leading a successful Individual Giving programme, with expertise across acquisition, retention and supporter development. 
• You'll have a strong track record of delivering sustainable income growth through multi-channel campaigns, developing long-term strategies and managing significant budgets. 
• You'll understand what motivates supporters and know how to create engaging experiences that build loyalty and lifetime value.
• We're looking for an experienced and confident leader who knows how to build high-performing teams. 
• You'll have a track record of creating an inclusive, positive team culture where people feel supported, motivated and empowered to achieve ambitious goals.
•  You'll be comfortable leading through change, bringing people with you and helping teams adapt, grow and succeed during a period of transformation.
