Requirements

You will be an experienced Occupational Therapist who is passionate about person‑centred practice and enabling people to live safely and independently.

As a senior practitioner, you will deliver timely, creative OT interventions while supporting colleagues to maintain high‑quality, strengths‑based practice. Working within our dynamic, multi‑disciplinary Adult Social Care Hub at Time Square, you will collaborate with social workers, nurses, therapists and partners across health, housing and the voluntary sector. Together, you will support early intervention, manage risk and shape positive outcomes for adults at the very start of their social care journey.

If you thrive on variety, teamwork, and making a meaningful difference, this is the role for you.
