You will be accountable for learner progression in the workplace and achieving outcomes for the learner.

About the role

You will deliver support in various ways; 1-1 job coaching, working with learners to develop employability skills and embed English and Math learning in the workplace. The role aims to support people to learn the skills they need to go on and achieve sustained paid employment.

Disability Confident Leader

We have Belonging network groups that meet online and are open to all colleagues. The groups include people who identify as Black and Asian, LGBTQIA+, disabled or with a long- term health condition, women, parents and carers, and their allies.

We want to encourage everyone to apply to work at Mencap and we offer a variety of different contract types and working patterns. We’re not looking for specific experience.
