Key information

Thirteen Group is on the lookout for a Strategic Asset Support colleague to join our Asset Optimisation team.

You'll provide essential administrative and project support, working with teams across the business to coordinate activities, manage information and support decisions that influence the future of our housing portfolio.

This is a hybrid role, so you’ll work mainly from home and at least one day a week from our fantastic office at Hudson Quay in Middlesbrough. We’ll need you to be flexible around business and team need, so you may need to come into the office more frequently when required.

About the role

  • Play a key role in supporting land and property sales, acquisitions, and demolition projects.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support, including raising purchase orders and arranging Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) requests.
  • Maintain and update trackers, helping to ensure property information remains accurate and up to date.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record actions to keep projects moving forward.
  • Manage enquiries, acting as a first point of contact and directing requests to the appropriate team or colleague.
