We are looking for an organised and proactive Student Recruitment Coordinator to manage the admissions journey from initial enquiry through to enrolment.

This is a rewarding and varied role where you’ll work closely with prospective students, families, local authorities, and internal teams to ensure a smooth, supportive, and efficient recruitment process.

About the role

  • Manage the full admissions cycle from enquiry, application, assessment, offer, funding, and enrolment.
  • Act as the first point of contact for prospective students, parents, carers, and professionals.
  • Coordinate college tours, taster days, and recruitment events both onsite and virtual.
  • Liaise with local authorities regarding placements and funding agreements.
  • Maintain accurate records and track applicant progress throughout the process.
  • Build and maintain relationships with feeder schools, providers, and external stakeholders.
  • Provide admissions data and reports to senior leadership.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a positive student experience.

Requirements

  • Experience in an administrative or education setting.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office software packages such as: Teams, Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • This role is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Check and satisfactory references.
