As a Student Wellbeing Advisor at ROC College, you will:

We support around 2,000 people across more than 300 locations in England and Wales, with over 3,600 staff members.
ROC College, a part of United Response, is a specialist college providing person-centred, community-based teaching and learning within Cornwall, Devon, and Somerset. We work with young people aged 16–25 with Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs).
Successful applicants in regulated activity will be subject to appropriate vetting procedures and an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.

We’re seeking a compassionate and proactive Student Wellbeing Advisor to provide holistic support to students with additional needs. You’ll work closely with Learning Mentors, Tutors, Managers, families, and external agencies to help students overcome barriers and reach their potential.
