• Ability to engage people with a complex range of support needs
• Ability to apply trauma-informed and person-centred techniques to maximise support, reduce tension and maintain safety in project(s)
• Ability to build trusting and respectful relationships with people, de-escalating potential issue
• Understanding the needs of people who have been homeless, are care experienced or have high and complex support needs, and how to engage them in support
• Understanding the impact of trauma on young people’s behaviours
• Experience of using case management and IT Systems to record work and communicate
