  • Assisting residents in developing independence and achieving their goals.
  • Creating engaging activities and supporting participation.
  • Contributing to a positive and supportive home environment.

About the role

We maintain staffing ratios of 1:2 for night shifts and either 1:1 or 2:1 for day shifts, depending on the residents’ needs. With four permanent residents, even those working bank or casual shifts will quickly become familiar with both our residents and the team.

Please contact the HR team if you should require any support (including completing the application process using other formats) or require any further information about the role.

  • Ideally, have experience supporting people with learning disabilities in a residential setting (other relevant experience is also welcome).
  • Are flexible, adaptable, and responsive to changing needs.
  • Understand safeguarding and risk assessments.

Early Applications Encouraged! Applications will be reviewed continuously, and interviews will be scheduled throughout the process, so please don’t hesitate if you are interested in working with us.
