Being a support worker is more than just a job, it's a career where you have the ability to make someone’s day and put a smile upon their face. You will be supporting and enabling adults with their daily routines, which can range from a trip into town for a cake, coffee and natter to preparing their evening meal – The best thing, is that each day is different!
There are a variety of shift patterns available and the option of full, part time and casual hours to suit your existing commitments.

You do not need to have worked in the care sector before, as long as you have the passion to support others, we will provide all the training you will need to become a great support worker. The work may involve supporting people with their personal care (for example washing, using the toilet or shaving)
