As a Support Worker within our Leeds service, you will provide person-centred support to individuals who are wheelchair users and non-verbal, with complex health needs.
This is a responsible, varied, and highly rewarding role. You will be expected to demonstrate strong organisational skills, work effectively using your own initiative, and contribute positively as part of a wider team. The role will also include sleep-in shifts.
Our support workers are the heart of everything we do. We want you to empower the people we support to live their lives how they want to, whether that’s travelling the world or spending time in their local park!
