Working predominantly with rural assets of an agricultural or equine nature, you will be helping to provide day-to-day and strategic estate management advice to major infrastructure Clients.

Ideally you will be RICS Qualified with experience in a rural surveying role. It would be preferable if you have valuation experience along with being a RICS Registered Valuer and a probationer of the CAAV. You must also be able to demonstrate you have a good working knowledge of relevant legislation and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
As there is a certain amount of travel involved in the role, a full driving licence is essential. The Asset Management team is centralised in Birmingham however this role of offered from Bristol to cover the South-west. Due to the expanse of the portfolio across the Country, we would consider applicants from other areas of the Country.
