About the role

  • Provide leadership and line management to a small team of Support, Time and Recovery (STR) workers to support the delivery of a safe, effective and appropriate service 
  • Support STR workers in goal and safety planning, implementing interventions and provide support and advice to staff on safeguarding issues working closely with the Service Manager on complex issues. 
  • To have knowledge of, develop relationships with and keep up to date with local services and organisations which can offer support in relation to developing positive wellbeing. 
  • Ensure regular and robust case recording and risk management in line with Quality Standards.

Requirements

 You will have a strong track-record of working with individuals and their families to deliver positive outcomes. You will work within the team to prototype new ways of supporting individuals, and contribute to the ongoing development of the team by sharing learning and by listening and responding to feedback from people who use the service.
