We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader - Targeted Youth Support and Young Carers Services, on a full‑time, permanent basis.

About the role

  • Leading and line managing youth and young carers professionals, ensuring high-quality supervision, practice and outcomes.
  • Planning, coordinating and quality assuring targeted youth and young carers groups across the borough.
  • Acting as the service’s subject expert on young carers and targeted group work, providing guidance, training and reports.
  • Working with partners and commissioning to monitor contracts and support strategic delivery.
  • Securing funding and developing volunteers to strengthen and grow the service.
  • You will receive regular supervision, access to training and support from the Team Manager and wider leadership team.
