As the largest housing association in the North East, and among the top 25 nationally, we manage over 36,000 homes, with over 1,600 colleagues providing services for around 100,000 customers  across the North East, Yorkshire and Humber. Every year, we invest millions to keep our homes safe, secure and well maintained. We help people get onto the housing ladder, manage rent and keep their homes in good repair.
