About the role

As a new Ticket Sales Assistant, you will be instrumental in delivering a first-class ticketing service to our customers. You will provide support to customers throughout their ticket buying experience, while seeking to maximise ticket revenue and develop audience loyalty through these interactions.

Requirements

  • Data literate with demonstrable experience of working with the Tessitura ticketing system.
  • Demonstratable experience of working in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the Arts and Culture sector
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence interacting with customers by phone, email and in person (or British Sign Language if primary language)
  • Committed to delivering an excellent customer experience and increasing customer engagement with arts organisations
  • Proven attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
  • An effective, supportive, and positive team player, ready to assist colleagues to achieve organisational goals
  • Able to demonstrate an open mindset and deep curiosity about others, listen without judgment, and seek with empathy to understand those around them
  • Committed to driving an inclusive and anti-racist culture in the organisation, and actively implementing ways to increase diversity in our workforce, programme and artists
  • A strong alignment with Sadler’s Wells’ values, mission, vision and objectives
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends and be flexible with working patterns as required
