We’re looking for a new full-time Trainee Podcast Producer to work with the team running the award winning Transmission Roundhouse (TR). We produce the most creative and innovative audio-led content made by 18 to 30 year olds from the heart of one of London’s most exciting venues.

Weekend and evening work will sometimes be required according to business needs.

Please note, due to this being a trainee position and the nature of our charity work with young people, we are only welcoming applications from individuals aged 18 to 25.

• To work with the Senior Producer to recruit and support the development of new audio-led content for Transmission Roundhouse.
• To be responsible for the production and delivery of Transmission Roundhouse podcasts.
• To support and manage emerging producers and presenters to produce a new roster of podcasts and releases.
• Technical support for producers and presenters using the podcast studio.
• To be committed to putting young people at the heart of everything we do.

• Previous experience of working with audio and demonstrable enthusiasm for podcasting and audio production.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills.
• Interest in supporting aspiring young creatives for example student or hospital radio.
• Awareness of Transmission Roundhouse and its output.
• Must be aged between 18 and 25.
