About the role

Applications for all roles open at 10am on Friday 24 April, and close at 8am on Tuesday 5 May.

For our 2026 Apprenticeship Program we are offering opportunities to join a selection of Services teams based in the UK. Each pathway has roles available for 24 months starting September 2026, and they are delivered in partnership with training providers BPP and DBC.

Apprenticeships are part-work, part-study. As apprentices, you will contribute to ongoing projects across Services whilst working to achieve your Level 4 Apprenticeship qualification. We aim to combine hands-on experience with virtual learning delivered by our partner providers, including one-to-ones with coaches and mentors, tutorials and proper programming projects. You’ll work on a one-to-one basis with a dedicated skills coach, and progress alongside the other apprentices. You will be given every opportunity to develop your career through exposure to advanced technology, wider business communities, and tailor-made training programs.

Apply for your preferred pathway below:

Associate Project Manager:
Content Services

Apple has always focused on one person when they build products and services - the person who will use it. Working with the team, you’ll see why every Apple product and service feels intuitive and simple, and why every aspect of this group’s work is built around a respect for the customer’s needs. This opportunity will be based within a content services team, so if you enjoy working within the creative industries, consider this pathway. Apprentices will gain hands-on experience and support to develop behaviour, attitudes, and skills for success in a dynamic environment.

Associate Project Manager:
Data, Analytics, and Measurement

The same as above, but within teams that are more focused around data, analytics, and measurement. If you enjoy analytical thinking and problem-solving, consider this pathway. This apprenticeship focuses on documenting business problems, modelling processes, creating solution requirements, managing relationships, and honing professional skills. Apprentices will gain hands-on experience and support to develop behaviour, attitudes, and skills for success in a dynamic environment.

Marketing Executive

This opportunity will focus on the fundamentals of marketing theory that support the marketing process e.g. the extended marketing mix (7P’S: Product, Price, Place, Promotion, Physical environment, Process, People), product development, and segmentation. If you enjoy stakeholder management and customer relationship management (CRM), both internal and external, working across different teams to bring the best ideas together, and understanding how and why we go to market in different ways, this is the pathway for you. Apprentices will gain hands-on experience and support to develop behaviour, attitudes, and skills for success in a dynamic environment.

What should I consider before applying?

Think about where you are in your career and if this is the right time for a career change. Can you commit to completing a 24 month program that involves a mix of both work and study? Which pathway is the right choice for you? Consider an informal conversation with your manager or career counsellor to help you make the right choice.

At Apple we believe our employee community should reflect the diverse, ever-evolving world we serve. We’re committed to inclusive sourcing and hiring practices. With a focus on increasing talent that is under-represented in business, our apprenticeship program is designed to help achieve that goal.

Requirements

There are no minimum qualifications needed to apply. We advise a pass to a Level 2 qualification (GCSE grade C/4+) in English and Maths is good, however, you can take this qualification during your apprenticeship supported by your team at Apple if you are successful.  You will need to pass both by the end of the course to gain accreditation for the apprenticeship.

Please note that as per government stipulations, we cannot accept those with a degree in a field associated with the apprenticeship (such as Marketing or Project Management) or who are working professionally in these fields for either apprenticeship.
