The Volunteer Support Officer plays a key role, coordinating and delivering a practical programme of volunteer support, wellbeing, development and recognition activities. The role aims to ensure volunteers - particularly those from marginalised backgrounds - feel welcomed, supported, valued and encouraged throughout their volunteering journey.
Working closely with the Community Connectors and Communications Officer, you will help maintain volunteer engagement beyond initial placements by coordinating and signposting development opportunities, organising recognition activities, and fostering peer support and community connection.
