Join us as a Warehouse Operative supporting the Amazon operation in Avonmouth, where you’ll be part of a fast-paced, high-performing environment. As a key member of our team, you’ll help keep one of the world’s leading logistics networks moving efficiently.

About the role

  • Operate manual handling equipment (MHE), including High Level Order Picker (HLOP), Very Narrow Aisle (VNA), Reach Truck and Counterbalance, where trained and authorised to do so
  • Support a wide range of warehouse activities, including loading and unloading trailers, receiving and stowing stock, picking, packing and shipping customer orders, and generally supporting the flow of goods
  • Champion a safety-first culture by following all health and safety procedures and promoting best practice across the warehouse
  • Some manual handling equipment roles require working at height. Full training and safety equipment are provided, and you'll always have the support you need to work confidently and safely

Requirements

  • A strong commitment to safety and the ability to follow all health and safety procedures
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced and high-performing operational setting
  • Great teamwork skills and the ability to support colleagues across different warehouse tasks
  • Reliability, a positive can-do attitude, and the ability to adapt to the needs of a fast-paced logistics operation
  • You must be comfortable undertaking manual handling duties, including routinely lifting items of up to 23kg in accordance with safe working practices
