Our Logistics hub is located in Shaw, Oldham. It can be easily accessed via Tram which is a just few minutes walk away and we also offer free car parking for anyone who wishes to drive to the site.

• You’ll lead ,support, motivate, train and develop the Logistics Operational colleagues in your team to ensure our Logistics Operational objectives are met.
• You’ll accurately log colleague time and attendance and you’ll ensure all colleagues absence is managed in line with N Brown policy.
• You’ll make sure that delivery of all Health and Safety measures and housekeeping requirements are maintained and you’ll ensure there is a safe and clean environment for all colleagues and visitors on the Logistics sites.
• You’ll deliver the departmental budgets through effective manpower, planning and performance management.
• You’ll review performance and quality for your area of responsibility and provide weekly cost analysis.
• You’ll identify process improvements and support implementation through the use of lean six sigma methodology to ensure the logistics operation is efficient and flexible to meet our customer demands.
