Key information

We’re looking for a Team Leader to join our Supply Chain team to be based between our site in Heywood and at our Distribution Centre in Shaw.

Shifts: This role will be split between the two sites and shifts will be between Monday to Sunday with shifts operating within the hours of 6am to 4:00pm. You’ll need to be flexible with start and finish times and be able to support the business with overtime when required.

Heywood: Link 95 Hareshill Distribution Park,  Heywood,  Greater Manchester,  OL10 2RQ

Shaw: Beal lane, Shaw, OL2 8PJ

About the role

  • You’ll lead, support, motivate, train, develop and performance manage the Supply Chain Operational colleagues in your team to ensure Operational objectives are met through effective management.
  • You’ll be responsible for your teams time and attendance making any required adjustments via our People Portal and managing colleagues inline with policies and procedures.
  • You’ll provide operational delivery of all Health and Safety measures and housekeeping requirements ensuring a safe and clean environment for all colleagues and visitors across the sites.
  • You’ll achieve all production Service Level Agreement’s ensuring the most cost effective use of resource and services. Respond to adjustments in production plans and assign resource accordingly.
