I have worked professionally with disability issues for 35 years-and bullying seems to have found new venues and hiding places. I think a bit like the drivers who abuses people from his safe little space-within the car- e technology and social media bullies have that anonymous I can get away with it rationale-but as with folk who experience this ,new provisos and responses to this sort of bullying will be increasingly effective.
