We want to close the employment gap between disabled and non-disabled people.

We offer employment support programmes for working-aged disabled people. Helping them to find and keep a job. We do this through pre-employment support, job matching and in-work support.
We want to see more disabled people find and keep a job.

We support disabled people to find jobs, work experience and volunteering opportunities that will develop their careers and deliver results for employers.

Find the right job for you

Our employment support programmes support you to find and keep the job that’s right for you. Once in work, we continue to work with you and your employer to make sure you hold onto your job.

Working with employers

We support employers to develop an inclusive workplace and match them with disabled employees who have the skills they’re looking for.
