I'd been so stressed for months because of my Personal Independence Payment (PIP) application. My Scope helpline adviser was extremely friendly, down to earth, so helpful, and broke his advice down into simpler chunks so I wasn't overwhelmed. He gave me good tips for completing my PIP form, and advised I could ring back at any time to go through my answers. He also sent me an email with helpful links to guides. I am very impressed and so wish I had heard of Scope before. It's a huge relief that I can access their help now.
The Scope helpline provides free independent and impartial advice on issues that matter to disabled people and their families.
