Parallel Windsor is a celebration of inclusivity, bringing people of all ages, health conditions and abilities together for a truly accessible challenge event. Set within the stunning grounds of Windsor Great Park and staged along the iconic Long Walk, it’s an unforgettable day for participants and supporters alike.
Whether you choose to walk, push or run, there are no cut‑off times. The event’s motto is 'Start Together, Finish Whenever.'
With a range of distances available, everyone can take part. Choose from 100m, 1k, 5k, 10k, or a sensory 1k - perfect for individuals, families and groups.
The 100m and 1k routes take place with Windsor Castle as a spectacular backdrop, while the 5k and 10k courses showcase the beautiful views of the Deer Park.
Parallel Windsor is more than a challenge event - it’s a vibrant Festival of Inclusivity that celebrates disability inclusion, wellbeing and community. Alongside the challenge routes, the festival offers a fully accessible day of entertainment and activities for the whole family, creating a welcoming space where everyone belongs. From inclusive sport and creative activities to relaxed areas for rest and reflection, the festival is designed so that people of all ages, health conditions and abilities can come together and enjoy the day in their own way.
